is a periodic consultation-conference of leaders in the
province where various indigenous people’s issues and
aspirations are being discussed as bases for formulation
of policies of the provincial governance.

Development Planning - a people-based planning approach to bring about
meaningful growth in the improvement of people’s quality
of life toward a truly democratic and people-centered
local governance.

Learning Center
is a learning area in social welfare and development as
well as local governance focused on a strong collaboration
with other key institutions.
Women in
Development of Sarangani - an active organization founded on the empowerment of
women as equal partners of men in the fulfillment of the
development goals of the province.
Rural
Improvement Club -
a community-based volunteer workers of women which aims to
bring about increased profitability to attain satisfactory
levels of living as well as community improvement.
4-H Club - a venue that provides out-of-school youth an
opportunity to develop self-reliance and be productive
citizens via the spirit of volunteerism.
Senior Citizens
Model Day Center - serves as a forum to encourage and maximize the
useful contribution of elderly to nation’s building.
Provincial
Knowledge Information Center for Women and Children

a repository of data and other information about children
and women in Sarangani. The data are readily available
thru computers, which store the Child-Info Database as
well as that of women’s. The center located at the
Provincial Health Office, forms part of the many projects
implemented by the province under the Fifth Country
Programme for Children (CPC-V).
