“Bobot” is an energetic person. He is married to Elvira Estabillo and their marriage is blessed with three (3) sons: Marco, Jupiter, and Cornelio, lll.

With his proven leadership starting from 1982 to 1998 as an SB Member in Kiamba and form 1998 to date as SP Member, he has gained the trust of his fellow Sarangans.

He supports not only the academic growth of the students but also their development in sports because he believes that this can bring pride, honor, and prestige not only to our province but also to our country. He also supports the housing program for indeed this is the very basic competent in living.

His political strength and resiliency have been proven once again when he was the only one left standing and victorious among his partymates in the last elections. This, he attributes to his remarkable performance as a legislator and his genuine concern of his constituents.
