| Being
the lone Muslim Board Member, he wants to initiate
measures that would lead to a better understanding and
good relationship among Christians, Muslim, and the
Lumads. His commitment to work for the general well
being is well supported by his wife, Fe and their
children Cesar, Norf, Hanina, Evangeline, Mariter,
Ramil, Dr. Zamrad, Eleonor, Pyalen, Loen, Lady Brylle,
and Jayza Mae.
He started his
political career as a Barangay Captain for one year,
then, Municipal Councilor for eleven years. His kind
of service endeared him to the people of Malapatan and
that made him Municipal Mayor for twenty-seven years.
His competence in public service is punctuated by his
awards as Outstanding Municipal Mayor for the years
1973, 1978, 1979, 1993, and 1994.
Now on his
second term as Board Member, it is always his utmost
desire to serve the people of Sarangani wholeheartedly
and honestly. |
