Vice Gov. Felipe K. Constantino

Another man destined for public service. The second among the brood of five, Nonoy was reared up according to the ideals of justice, honor and undying love and concern for others.

At a very young age, Nonoy Felipe saw not the half-truths of life but its full and bare realities. This is the reason why he joined politics early. When he was 18 years old, he served the City of General Santos as one of its early sets of councilors. That was in 1964 to 1971. Despite his being the youngest in the council, he proved to be the most dynamic and effective legislator in the city council. One of his most remarkable authorships was the creation of Malungon as a municipality.

In 1972, the people of Malungon overwhelmingly elected him as their mayor and he continued serving them in such capacity for 23 productive years. His vision and dreams for Malungon became tangible realities as advancement and growth for the entire municipality became easily recognizable.

His competence and strong leadership spread across the seven municipalities of Sarangani like wildfire as the constituents of the entire province put their trust in him by electing him as their Vice Governor last May elections.

Nonoy Felipe is always true to his public service and inspired as well with the all-out support of his loving wife Nene Delia Figueroa and their children Danilo, Eleanor, Reynaldo, Felipe Jr., Amelia Carmela and Fidel. He promises to take with him to the provincial government the kind of service that has endeared him to his people in the municipality of Malungon.
